Day 22 No Pip

I have one egg that hatched yesterday and this egg is doing nothing. I’m afraid it will explode if bad. This is what it looks like candled. Is it blood and should I discard egg?

when you candled did you see any movement. Mine were Maran's eggs so it was so difficult for me. But 3 hatched and 3 did not
I would do the sniff test
I was told that sometimes it takes 3 days past the 21 days.
Hang in there mine hatched late on day 22/23 don't give up

I didn’t see any movement. Mines a light brown egg. I also smelt it and there was no smell. Thank you!
