Day 22 - no pipping

I had to completely modify my Little Giant to get it to work and now I'm hatching nearly 100%.

I took out the turner, and I mark the eggs D and N for day and night; I turn them twice a day at the same time. Like 8am and 8pm.
I put in a calibrated thermometer/hygrometer and go by that only; never by the machines readings.
I put in a separate plug in fan to keep the temperature consistent.
I put in a jar of water, that I keep full; I never use the channels to fill water in.

Some of them look quite small I would give them a bit longer.

They haven't internally pipped so no safety hole for now. It looks like they could take another 3 days or so to internally pip and 4 days to hatch, if they are all still viable.
