day 22 still nothing!!! what do i do? help or not????

It will mostly likely be in the morning when you get to school that you will see that one has hatched and maybe a few more will pip overnight. Pip to hatch can take a few hours to more than 24 hours. No specific time. A few more hacthing vibes being sent your way! Good luck!

even if today is day 23???? do you think more will start to pip and actually hatch???
humidity is a little higher 67%-68% temp steady at 99.6
I really hope this one will have a friend make it out too....

I have had chicks hatch on Day 23 on day 24 when the temps were low. It is better when things go normal on day 21 but we must hope for the best. I will check in on you in the morning.

I'm in the same boat, all my chicks were alive when put on lockdown & today is 23 for them & still nothing! I hope our chicks make it out...

ok... one more started to pip yesterday so I waited and watched.. there was a bigger hole this morning but then noting for a while and I started to read about chicks being stuck inside the egg. So I carefully took him out and using some tweezers chipped away a little more of the shell and he basically fell into my hand
I let him stay in the incubator until about 2 hours ago. he did seem pretty tired in there. Once I took him out, and held him a little, he perked up a lot. He seems to be doing much better, I will let you all know how he is tomorrow
We did candle the rest of the eggs and there was not any movement and did not see the beak in the air cell in any of them. We removed the rest of the eggs since today was Day 25. At least we have 2 chicks and they can be buddies.

how is everything?

if you candle close to hatch, its not likely you will see anything since the chicks are so big. if you put the egg up to your ear you might MIGHT be able to hear them moving around in there.
