Day 22

Is it true that some larger eggs don't hatch as quickly as the smaller ones because my eggs are on day 22 and mostly only the small ones hatched is that normal? Please Answer!!!!!

Hang in there. My tiny little bantam eggs pipped on day 18 and hatched on day 19. 2 of my large fowl wheaten Marans pipped and hatched on day 20, but they were the smallest of the Marans eggs. Then...nothing until today, day 23. And now one of my larger Marans eggs has hatched. I still have the three largest eggs to go. I float tested them (very quickly) and they still seem viable, so I'm hoping I will have a couple more chicks...
