Day 23/24 Question...(i am sorry...)

I know this has probably been asked a million times (sorry), but first time hatcher. Things going along great, 18 out of 24 Araucanas out and 21 of them eating normally, the other one is a bit tired but will hopefully come good. Thanks to all the help, advice and generosity of shared experience of members on here, I have had one pip the wrong end and come out fine, another one shrink wrapped, also doing fine.

My question is I have an egg from my favourite hen, we are just about to tick over to day 24, I can hear it, but no pipping at all yet. Can I still hope, do I wait? Can I do anything?

I would just leave the egg and dont try and open the egg as it could leave to the chick being deformed. Just let nature take its course.
