There looks like there is alot of fluid in there...I would suspect the humidity was too high. It should be at MOST 65 until the last few day, then goes up to 70-75. Here is another thread that may help you: https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=363717

Don't give up, think it takes practice. My hatch rate is only 70%. I'm always making a stupid mistake, but I have 7 new quail and 1 new silkie with more on the way. If I didn't even try these 8 (more coming) would never exist! And its the same with you!
