day 23 no hatching

Oh no i dont ill go and get one today , does that mean ive killed them if its too cold ???
If they're still moving, then no. If it's off by a degree, you will still get hatches, they will just be early if it's too hot or late if it's too cold. There may be issues after or during hatch, there may not be. Life is both fragile and incredibly resilient.

If these are coturnix, your incubator is running really cold. If these are bobwhites, give them a couple more days, but it still sounds like your incubator is a bit cold.

Do you have a calibrated thermometer or three inside the incubator? Never trust what the incubator says. They all lie.
i put a thermometer in and it says 36°C i cant seem to get it higher but when i search it says that near the right tempter

Lower temperatures will cause the hatch to be delayed and may even cause deformities or weakness among the chicks. You want the temperature to be around 37.5°c-38°c depending on if you have a closed or forced air incubator. Even a degree off can cause issues. Bobwhite eggs are pearly white and Coturnix are usually brown with blotches or an off blue color.
