day 23 no moving but i hear chirping

Its day 23 for the incubation of my RIRs and i hear chirping in on of my eggs but i have been hearing the chirping since day 21. Im getting people telling me they'll hatch soon but i have doubts because they have been saying that since day 21. do you have any ideas on what i should do. should i help it?

this may not be popular and it is a suggestion only but they have piped internally and not external. in order for them to continue to get enough air, i make a very small hole in the big end of the air sac. now they can breath. they only have a couple days worth of yolk so they need to come. the ones that you are sure piped 2 days ago. after you make the little hole using something sterile, i use the tip of a screw .up your humidity. shoot for 75% you can use strips of sponge wet with warm water and put them around the eggs.
