Day 23 of Incubation

The recommended temperature is 99.5 at a minimum. But higher if you are using a still air incubator. That is probably why your chicks may be hatching late.

That one looks infertile. If you crack it open it it may still look like a regular old egg all liquid-y

ETA: but someone correct me if I’m wrong.

Do you have other pictures? For sure that egg in the first picture can be discarded. But do open it outside or inside a sealed ziplock bag to see for your own knowledge if you’d like.

That egg looks like it’s had some development in it but certainly not enough to be hatching anytime soon.

The ‘white veins’ you see aren’t anything to do with the chick growing. They’re hair line cracks that show with candling. Chicks can still hatch from eggs with these though.

When you candled was there any movement at all from inside the egg? If not I’d say they’ve quit and crack them open to see what was inside.

If the others look the same then it seems something with their incubation wasn’t accurate enough for them to continue to develop.
