Day 24..are these viable?

First time incubating. These were shipped eggs. 3 super healthy chicks hatched so far..2 on day 21 and 1 on day 21-1/2. There are two left in incubator. Tonight is day 24. I’ve attached some pics and video and can’t tell if my eyes are playing tricks on me...but I think one is moving??? What do I do? It’s not letting me post a video. So here are some pics..

I would leave them for another day at least. What has the temperatures been on the incubator? It might have been in a cooler spot? Did you candle on day 18?

Temperature is at 99.5 in a forced air incubator. Humidity between 63-70 during lockdown. Confirmed temps with a separate calibrated hygrometer and thermometer too. I only incubated the questionable ones on day 18.
