Day 26 HELP!

Yes this my first hatch..... I made a horrible mistake this morning..... the humidity dropped by 15 percent so I took eggs out to candle to make sure there is still movement.... as I was putting the eggs back I I noticed 2 externally pipped! Did I hurt them??
They should be fine, but that's why it's always best to candle them one day 25 then shut the incubator and let nature do it's thing. It can be quite nerve racking and the temptation to constantly check on them can be well beyond tempting😂 From this point (external pip) it can take up to 48 hours for ducklings to hatch so don't worry if they take the full two days to hatch. After the initial 48 hours if they're still struggling then it's best to step in.

Is this your first hatch? From the picture it looks like an internal pip and the air cells are fine. They get huge usually a day before your see an external pip. I would just leave them be at this point and let them do their thing. Did you have a pre-calibrated analog hygrometer and thermometer inside your incubator? Relying on the onboard instruments alone can delay a hatch as they're often innacurate. Not to mention they technically are not even late yet and it isn't abnormal to sometimes have one or two that hatch 1-2 days late.
Also I just have cheap humidty readers... 2 so I can average it..... my incubator is the magicfly ....

What's your currently humidity reading? Some people like to bump it up pretty high I don't like to let it get over 65%. Are your hygrometers digital?
They are reading 70 and 75...... over the whole process they were between 55 and 60..... I just want to add I am I Saskatchewan Canada if that makes a difference... oh and they are Pekin eggs

That's a bit on the higher side. The issue with high humidity is that it can cause the egg to not lose enough weight during incubation and if it's too high during hatch the ducklings can actually drown in the egg. I would try to bring it down a bit if you can.

I can take a sponge out it that means opening it for a few seconds?
