Day 26... No chicks

With a still air, it is critical to take the temperature at the top of the egg and it needs to be 100.5-101 because of thermal stratification.
100.5 at the top of the egg should make the middle of the egg 99.5.
I wouldn't blame humidity at this point, I would look at temperature first, if your thermometer wasn't calibrated properly or guaranteed accurate.
