day 27 duck eggs

Having 2 hens take turns setting the eggs is unusual and could ultimately end badly.
Are they setting together or literally one is off and the other is on and the eggs are always covered?

They both sit on it at the same time sometimes they'll sit right behind one just to get to the eggs. and sometimes they'll just sit on the eggs and when one moves the other will lay on them like 10 minutes after which when I notice that I just let all the birds out and leave the broodyest chicken in there with the eggs

there are three duck eggs and I cant force them move move from there nesting spots because they also lay eggs there so if I move the eggs they most likely wouldn't get layed on so I am unable to do that
