Ok, here's update. Yes I have 3 out of 15 left on day 24. I just outlined the new spot where airsacs are, I did this also last week. U can see from the pic, kind of, that all three have dipped far below where it was. And we have shadowing on the 2 bigger ones! They are moving all about and u can see them pushing up on the airsac! Super cool! My little one has also dipped, and no sound from any of them yet. Lacrystol said my tiny one would be a slow poke, I'm inclined to agree. My concern is how to know if she's ready. U can't see anything in her shell, beside airsac. I have a tiny spot that I can see movement to know she's alive. But it's very tiny, plus she is half the size of the other 2, as u can see. I know Lacrystol said that when 1 comes out its like a domino effect but I'm just worried about her cause she is so tiny. I still can't hear anything from any of them,

. And I'm super impatient. But with these shadows and pushing against air sacs I think we could have some tomorrow. Any agreements?

Well it's been a rough road.. she sent me a pic of all of them and the one I could tell DIDNT make it, so we opened him up and sure enough he had quit. He was just floating around in wetness. So that left her with two. The tiny one and the one that we labeled C. There due date had come and passed, so panick kicked it, the tiny one was making the best progress. Funny because I though for sure that one would make the less progress. But she internally pipped and that was it.. So we opened her up because after several long hours, 15 to be exact she wasn't getting any where's, she hadn't externaly peeped but looked like she couldn't....once we checked out her she had quit a bit gooey stuff. Well I prewarned her, no sleep for you. got some of the gooey stuff out then proceed to let her do all the work. We had her in a cup because she still wasn't fully absorbed and I'm sure all that gooey stuff was stopping her. In the cup we would wait 2 hours take her out and wet her all over, well that really wasn't doing the trick so we tried to speed things up, we attempted a new trick.

Every 2 hours we would take her out rub her down with water, what ever we had exposed. Then I told her now spray they she'll. You see the tiny duck was half out and half in because we were waiting for her to finish, she sprayed the shell avoiding going inside and cleaning it like we were at first. Surely enough it worked. It speed her up and she finally finished absorbing.

So we got to lay her down on the bottom of the BATOR so she can kick that she'll off. Now it's Egg C's turn.

Egg C was an all new ball game...he never internally or externally peeped so he was having an issue, we went ahead and opened him up, sure enough he too was sticky. Same procedure, she cleaned him out the best she could set him in a cup and sprayed his shell every two hours. Well 24 hours later he finished....

What a long tiring journey... They both made it out of there shell and BOY ARE THEY CUTE!!!!! She will be sending me eggs, if she only had a girl though.

Seeing how she had 15 eggs and only a 2 babies, I agreed to send her more eggs to see if we can get that percentage higher.

She is probably sleeping now, LOL it was a long long ride.....

So stay tuned for her next new hatching!!!!!
