Day 28? No movement??

Today is day 28 for my turkey eggs but I think they are a bit delayed because of low temps during incubation. I don't see any movement or pips. I candled them before lockdown and I think they were good. Are they going to hatch? Any ideas or tips? Thanks!

Did you count the first day as 1 or 0

I counted the first day as 0.

Were they kept in the correct temperature? How often were they turned?

It is an automatic turner and the thermo-hygrometer came about 1 week and a half after we put the eggs in.

The temp was usually around 99.
