I did it, and there was still a bit of yolk so we stopped. Is it ok for there to be yolk till? Or does the ducky still need to absorb it?

I'm sorry no one else has responded. That egg looks very rotten. Can you see the actual duckling inside?

If you made the safety hole into the yolk sac there isn't much that can be done if it was alive. Once it's pierced they usually pass away. So sorry.

Ok. I’ll check it later. But I went into the air sac I had thought. I’ve seen people have eggs leak yolk while doing that, so I’m not sure, I had looked it up when we had seen it and nothing came up. And it’s day 30 and I thought it was ok by now.

Yep it was already dead. I let it in there for a while and it was already dead I guess.
