We're obviously disappointed with how few how made it this far but it seems to be our luck when it comes to mailed eggs...We're 2 out of 8, 1 out of 6 and now 3 left out of 16(6 came broke)...We're here 24/7 and monitor our temp/hum religiously, we should get the most out of our eggs but never seem to...We're done with the mailed eggs now also, too many let downs...

But the good news is we have 3 that are due to hatch today, wish us luck!!!!!!!

I may turn on Quacker-cam so all can watch, we'll see how it goes...I'll at least post pics...

Let me tell you if you want good eggs with good fertility that are packed great and shipped quickly let me recommend an ebayer named andreaseggs.

I got 10 Indian Runner eggs from her and I have 7 gorgeous Runner ducklings that are a month old today. 9 of the 10 eggs were fertile. You can't ask for better fertility than that.

And no I'm not her, I'm not related to her, nor do I know her other than buying these eggs from her but its the best hatch rate I've ever had with shipped eggs.

The last bunch I got were from Metzer... and they mailed them to me in Alaska.... They were packed great... and there were no broken ones. I did have some detached ones, but 7 out of 8 hatched.
