Day 3 since first pip...

So my chick popped the shell 3 days ago and still has not made it out of the shell. There is activity and lots of movement. Is this ok?? This is my first hatch.

After last culling on day 18 I set 32 eggs. 2 pipped but this is the only one making an attempt to hatch. Today is day 25.

If you are on day 25, i would help it "zip". Take some tweezers and only break the egg shell in a line around the circumference of where it pipped. Do not break the membrane yet. Also do you have a picture? Something must be off with your incubator if you only have one hatching on day 25. You might also try candling the others to see if theyre moving still.

I moved the egg next to hers and she was able to break free. I hope she makes it. I plan on candeling all the others before I shut down and give up on the rest of the eggs. Thanks for the help.
