Sorry about your egg. Don't float test it, that won't tell you anything. The float test is not for use on live (or possibly live) eggs. It is only to test the age of eggs meant for consumption. If it were my egg, I would open up the air cell very slowly and carefully, just enough that you can tell if it's alive or not. It sounds like it might have quit unfortunately. I would just open it as though you are assisting, just enough to see if it's alive. Keep us posted, good luck.Hello,

No further movement this morningI hope it helps stimulate some movements for youbut sometimes little adjustments can happen in the incubator to cause a later hatch. So there is still hope.
Thank you, I have 4 eggs in there but this one was a bit older than the rest so was going to hatch earlier. Sadly passed away. The other 3 are looking strong though!
