So it’s day 32 and my duck eggs are definitely alive because they move inside the egg when I candle them but they have yet to pip or anything what should I do

Do the eggs look full and dark under the air cell? Has the air cell drawn down on one side yet? It sounds like your temperature might have been a bit low. It's best to have an independent thermometer that you've calibrated against a medical one so that you know it is accurate. The temperature display on incubators are notorious for being incorrect.
There isn't anything you can do but wait if they are still alive at this stage.
