day 5 and already had a problem

well today is day 5 on them duck eggs. I did not realize it until just now that the lid was slightly opened. I think it popped open sometime in the middle of the night. humidity dropped and the temp inside is 98F which is not bad thank god

well....lets hope it made no difference ! what kind of eggs? I wanted to do my Muscovy eggs,but they stopped laying right when I got a bator.and now going to new home.oh well..

they are gracefulbantams mixed duck eggs. I wanted pure cayugas but I am to impatient so I ended up taking the mix. I cant wait to see what I hatch. This is my very first time doing this so I am a nervous wreck
