Day 5 Cocci and still Unwell. Please help!

Hi there!
I have one pretty sick 8 week old chick I'm trying desperately to save but I'm at a loss as to what my next steps should be. The suspected issue is coccidiosis. I lost 2 chicks already and this third one is a fighter. Im on day 5 of treatment and she is still losing a little bit of weight each day and has very liquidy mostly clear poop. Ive been syringe feeding her omnivore critical care for the last 3 days. She is slightly more active today and has started pecking at food. Ive seen her drinking water as well. The main problem is she is still extremely lethargic and she is unsteady on her feet and has developed a sort of twitch. Im wondering if its time to switch her over to vitamins and probiotics since after today she will have completed the recommend 5 day Corid dosage. Any advice is so great appreciated! Thank you in advance!

I would treat her for 7 days with Corid, and also give her a drench daily of undiluted Corid 0.1 ml per pound. Make sure that she is drinking the Corid water.

Thank you for your reply! I just finished day 3 of giving her the .1 ml 3 times a day in addition to 5 days of the Corid being in her drinking water. She had her first solid poop today and I didn’t see blood. She is finally pecking at food again (I’m still having to to syringe feed her since she isn’t I taking enough in on her own) but she’s still lethargic. I would say slightly more energy today then yesterday. I’m really wanting to give her some probiotics and vitamins but I’m worried it’s too soon but also worried if I wait that she is already extremely deficient and in need of the extra nutrients…
