I have some duck eggs in the bator on day 7. I candled them tonight and one of them appears to be developing on one side of the egg, and the other side is clear. Does anyone know what might be happening? Should I toss that one or give it some more time?

Yes, they are in a turner. They were shipped eggs so the air cells look funky. I dont know if maybe that has something to do with it...

I would give it more time..did you see veins. I did some shipped duck eggs and none hatched but i had spikes. As i said some of mine did that and hatched fine. Give it time i think is your best bet

Yup. There are veins. Well, I will go ahead and give it some more time. Thank you! I feel better now.

The air sack on shipped eggs will look even funkier the longer they go so do not worry about that either.

I got really nervous about the air sacks the first time I hatched out shipped eggs until a friend told me they can look really weird by the end of incubation.
