I posted yesterday one of the only eggs I could see anything while candling. (Due to thick shells/dark eggs). Here are 4 that I could see some light through. Are we able to tell anything? First time- never done this before! This is day 8. I don’t plan to candle again, as I feel as if I have messed with them too much. Just tried an extra light this time.

How exciting! I don’t have experience incubating super dark eggs, but I have hatched a few clutches of blue/ green eggs. It looks like there’s development in all but one (the lightest egg of all four photos). I’d monitor that one for another day or two and remove it if there’s no change.

Good luck! Keep us updated

One of the eggs I cannot see through is light blue!! And a few of them are green! The eggs pictured are light brown eggs & one green. The ones I am having trouble with are blue, green, and dark brown. Thank you, I am so excited!!!
