I was thinking that top, i saw emrbio moving but it looks way behinde. I was thinking Temperature is fine but then i add another termometar and Temperature in incubator is 36,3 Celisus. So its low i know. So what now, if eggs are behinde and o saw movement do i let them stay or quit incubating i dont know what to do

Oh that's why they're behind then.
Just get the temp up. And you need to actually calibrate both thermometers, it's possible neither one is actually correct.
