Day counter does not countdown

I am on day 17 with a dozen eggs in the Nurture Right 360. I didn't pay much attention to the day counter since I keep track on 2 different calenders, but the day counter still says 21. I did reset it when I put the eggs in and the turner does operate. Why is it sitting on 21 still?

Sounds like it didn't reset.

those controls can be 'not' intuitive sometimes ..on mine i have to power it off then back on to get certain settings to take if i remember correctly ..
