Our silkie hatched her first chick and we are so excited!!! Her head needs some tlc so how do I clean her?

The sides of its eyes. One eye can’t open. I went ahead and got a clean warm qtip to clean its eye but it’s still keeping it closed so hopefully in the next day or two I’ll open it. This is are very first chick that we hatched ourselves. We’ve only gotten ones that were already hatched. Any advice? Should I separate them from the rest of our hens. Right now she just has it tucked away under her. We have a couple bully hens so idk if I should be worried. Do I put her in the nesting box closer the the ground? Lol I’m lost here. I put a little food and water in there so she can show the chick how to eat. There’s 5 more under her that I’m hoping make it also. The other she were trying to hatch which was three a few months back died because I think when she got up the others smashed them.
