Day old chick illness?

I just got my day old chicks in the mail, they hatched April 1st according to the hatchery. All of the chicks are great except for one, she is gaping and gasping with some discharge on her beak. She looks sad and lethargic. She drank and ate, but when the other chicks went to eat again, she stayed under the heat. Any suggestions? Thanks.
