Day-Old Chick won't stand

Does it take a while for them to get up onto their feet? My chick that hatched at 6pm last night is in the brooder this morning and is dragging itself around with it's wings....

Are it's legs slayed out to the sides? If so, search for spraddle leg and you will find a ton of information on how to use a bandaid to fix it.

I hope it just has splayed legs, One of mine was born like that, a day with a bandaid cut in half long ways with the sticky ends around its ankles and its now cheeping and bouncing around with the rest of them, you would never guess it couldnt walk 2 days ago.
