Day Old Chicks Dying...Help!

Thanks all. Sorry, I forgot to mention that I did hatch these chicks from eggs in my Hovabator. I was frantically trying to research to find out what was happening to them and I left that part out.
Yes, 95 degrees at one side of the brooder, and a towel over the other side so they can get out of the heat.
Talked to someone else who bought from the same auction (buy it now) and she had a decent hatch rate, lost one after the hatch but the remaining chicks are thriving so it was not something genetic, or a disease passed to the egg.
seminolewind, good tip! I have never ground up chick crumbles, but will give it a try. They look too big for these little bantam chicks.
I lost all the chicks but two. They are still doing well, just cheeping thier little hearts out. For that, I am grateful
