Day old quail with wrong feet! Help needed

I am new to the quails and have question about one of the quail that was born yesterday.
So I got hatching eggs from the amazon and they hatched yester day, which is 17 days from the start of the incubation. I noticed that one of the quail was wobbly with its feet to the back.
When I did close examination, it had fairly smaller feet then other quail which is curled. I also noticed that it keeps it's feet at the back and can't more well. There was also bit of small wound on the more sevial feet(I don't know if it was there from the start or other chicks pecked at it)
I set him up in different broder because other chicks were stepping on her and pecking it.
All of my other quail are doing fine. I set up water and food near it but I don't notice it eating it. Please help with this situation!

I hate to say this, but I think it would be kindest to cull. That is more than just curled toes or splay leg. Since you say that the chick is also not eating, its chances of survival aren't good.
