Day-old with large eye -- is it injured, or just large? What to do?

We received our day-olds in the mail yesterday. The brooder is a little crowded but half of the chicks are leaving today. They are under a white light, not a red bulb, because the heat lamp seemed like overkill in the small brooder. Today I noticed one of the little wheaten Ameraucanas seems to have one eye significantly larger than the other. It bulges out a little bit, and she's keeping it closed most of the time. I don't know if she arrived with it that way. There's no sign of blood or oozing, but it is possible she was pecked in the eye? Or might this be some kind of congenital defect that I missed yesterday? And what should I do for her? I'm hoping the risk of pecking will stop once the brooder empties out, but I'm wondering if I should treat her eye and/or isolate her, which I always hate to do. Or do I put a red bulb in there and leave her with the others? Advice, please!

ETA: My camera is malfunctioning right now, so I can't post a pic. Basically it looks just like her other eye, except it bulges out farther and she closes it a lot.

Forgot to mention the chick seems to be eating and drinking normally. She doesn't act ill, just keeps closing that eye.

I don't know the answer, but, if it were me, I would just watch her for now. If she gets picked on, isolate her. Otherwise, if she acting and eating normally, there may not be much you can do but wait and see.

You know, I just spoke to the "chicken lady" at the feed store and she basically told me the same thing. Since it's not oozing or crusty, I hate to treat with antibiotics right now. Hopefully it'll go down on its own.
