You need to candle it to see if they have pipped into the air cell first.

Candle the egg, and check if it is trying to pip through the air sac. If it is, let it go a couple hours and check again. Once it gets through the air sac, wait a couple hours, and then make a small hole so they can breath. Help them out in the middle of day 21.
