Good Morning,
Coffee is ready and it is so very ready....spring time, the sun rises early 5:15am, birds are singing, and so is the traffic, the dusty wind and we are heading for 35C = 95F. We have not had any rain for a few months now and plenty of dusty wind every day.
Yesterday our state government declared a fire bans state wide because we are currently having 36 bush fires. Also advised not to use power tools as the spark will also cause fire.
Last year and half of this year we had endless rain, so much mud and flooding I am so not want to see anymore rain, but now I will need to pray

for rain

.
This early morning, I watered my garden & the chicken runs getting everything ready for a cook weather day. I don't remember what it feels like to be in this weather of 35C = 95F as rain/mud is all that I remember.
I caught up with all the posts here, and I hope that my grandhen Minty that survived Salpingitis will go on to live a long life like all your hens here.
Tiny rooster is depressed because he is alone in the yard, so yesterday I let my flock out (except the bantam) with him, he was so over joy! It is a big risk or imminent infection from him to them. I can not bring myself to soup him, he is strong, bouncing, singing, no symptoms of his previous ill health and living his tiny life with bouncing energy. I am closing 1 eye and take 1 step at a time on this.
Have a great day all.
