Today is the beginning of day 22 waiting for these chickies to hatch. I'm starting to get nervous something is wrong? Is this normal?

Did you calibrate the thermometer to make sure that it was reading properly ? If eggs incubate on the 'low' side they can go a day or two longer. Hoping for a good hatch for you.
