Daylight savings time STINKS!!!

This is standard time now, the way it's supposed to be. If we didn't have DST, then you'd see dawn at 4:00 AM, sun rise before 4:30 AM, and sunset before 8:00 PM in the summer. I'm sure some people would have a problem with that too...

It is shifted in the summer to give more daylight during the time when most people are awake. There's not much that can be done about the short days of winter without moving someplace more tropical.

I hate this daylight savings stuff. Just leave it one way or the other. Now it will be dark by 5:30 instead of 6:30. I had to change a bunch of clocks everywhere. Thank goodness the pc and tv does it automatically. Now all I have left are the clocks in the cars. Its such a pain.

And my chickens will have to go to roost earlier too...oooo they aren't going to like that one bit!

Yeah, it's pitch dark here now at 6pm.

I guess that means I have to get up even earlier so I can get more accomplished before it gets dark......early to bed, early to rise.

Well daylight saving time is over now until next March so those of you who hate it, don't have to hate it for a few months.

I like normal time. Plenty of time during daylight saving time to get the garden planted and such.

I love this change. For MONTHS I drive to work with the sun in my eyes and home with the sun in my eyes. Now I can see when driving for a few months.
