Storm watched every moment wildly. What in the world is Lily doing?! He didn't want to get Lily in trouble too, so he rewarded the truth. "Stop. I was just coming closer to listen for anything exciting!"

Lily nodded. "Well, I also told you that the Alpha's were planning your punishment..."

"You should know that one of the rules of this pack is no listening in to the alphas conversations - with each other OR other pack members." She snarled. "But, you have avoided real punishment by telling me the truth." She softened, and even smiled a bit at him.

"You, Lily." She turned to Lily. "Why did you tell Storm that we were planning his punishment? And how did you get that information?" She paused for a second, then continued. "Oh, and actually...me and Dragon have NOT been planning his punishment lately."

Storm looked from the alpha to Lily. Huh? What... so Lily was lying.... She really is unpredictable!

Lily bowed. “I’m terribly sorry, Alpha. I thought I overheard you discussing Storm’s punishment a while back. I told him when I remembered. I was just trying to warn him...” What has made sense in her mind sounded like a bunch of words slammed together as soon as they were spoken
