As they neared his hiding spot, nightmare knew he had to separate them. All I need is them to break up.. maybe pretend to be a pack wolf and howl.. no then they'll both turn around.. I guess I'll see what happens. Nightmare crept around the rock he was hiding under. It's a very sizable rock, so if they each go in a different direction, I could take one down before the other one gets to me. the thought to himself, amused with his mind. He started to ever so slowly climp the rock

Nightmare stayed a reasonable distance away, but was still close enough to hear the wolves coming to find them. WELL, I wont kill two in a night, that's just mean.. but it won't hurt to just badly injure them if they get too close

while Sirius was stalking the buck, she heard a noise.
A twig cracking.
 
(Oh and I also want to add I dont want nightmare to get caught yet.. maybe a few minor injuries, but nothing to prevent him from getting out of the area)

Lily looked at a large boulder. There was something almost ominous about it...she walked over to it to investigate.
