Yesterday we made chocolate chip and piñon nut cookies! We gathered the nuts during a hike.
Pumpkin cookies sound awesome!

I really like pumpkin cookies. Today, I added chocolate chips and brown butter frosting. I can’t say that I know what piñon nut is, but that sounds yummy!
