DE and clay

We have some clay soil in our area, is there any difference between that and store bought DE?

Clay and DE are totally different compositions

Some stall drying products are a mixture of clay and DE.

Well I just paid $43 dollars for a 50# bag of DE. I would hate to open the bag and find I paid for a bag of clay. Have you researched DE?
