De Crow a rooster??

Hi Guys i was just wondering if you could de crow a rooster as i liv in town and don't want a roo waking everyone up.

Would the rooster mind? Is it cruel? Would i be able to breed from him? How much would it cost?
Please help any help is appreciated.
