Well the proof is in the pudding. My friend with Chronic Diareah no longer has the problem and my son no longer has any symptoms either. Both have been on DE for about 2 weeks.

My joints are feeling better and it has to me more than a coincidence that we have all been on DE ..

I put one heaping tablespoon in a glass with juice. I only fill the glass about 1/4 with juice so it does not take so long to swallow. Sometimes I mix it with ice tea.

I started with one level tsp and worked my way up to one heaping tablespoon. I am not going to take more than this. It works for me! :0)

You can take it with yogurt but it is not as easy as just swallowing it with juice.

I use the same amount as Bedste. I also started with 1tsp and moved up. If you start too high, you can have a 'healing crisis'.

I have IBS and my symptoms have definitely declined. Stress normally does wicked things to IBS and I lost my Grandpa this week which would have normally sent my IBS into overload and it has been totally managed.

Sugar pill or not...I'm sticking with it.

thank you for confirming the fact that it is NOT all in my head and I am NOT crazy. My sceptical son was actually all the proof I needed. When you find something that works you stick with it. If it is God Made and not man made..... even better.

yes true otherwise we could all be eating rocks and gold chips and wood.... i get it. I am just so relieved to have something untampered with. Man has messed up even our milk, full of hormones etc.... I am always searching for the most natural way. :0)
