I was wondering if I need to wait until the last frost date for my area before removing the plastic around my coop? Or is it ok now that the worst of winter is over?

Remove the plastic whenever it works for you. The chickens will be fine with or without the plastic around the coop this time of year.

I'm not an expert because I'm new at chickens. I've had mine uncovered for a while now if there's no high winds or a lot of snow I took mine off and if it gets a little colder I'll just add more bedding, and my chickens seem to be fine today we are on the upper 40s where I live almost 50s. But that can change if there's any really windy conditions I'll cover up.
