I've acquired three new hens, currently quarantined, and I inspected their poop...yeah, wormy. What do you use to de-worm your chickens? Also, when can you start eating their eggs again? I know you shouldn't eat during the treatment (I THINK I read somewhere to not eat the eggs up until a month after treatment was finished)?
Thanks!

What types of worms are they? If they are large roundworms or cecal worms, and you're sure they don't have capillary worms, you can de-worm them and eat the eggs while treating them:

Safeguard Mash - Zero Day Egg Withdrawal

If they have capillary worms:
  • Safeguard (fenbendazole) paste or liquid for goats, cows, or horses
    • Give 0.23ml per pound of body weight for five consecutive days
  • Valbazen (albendazole)
    • Give 0.08ml per pound of body weight once and repeat in 10-14 days
Do not eat eggs for two weeks.

I'll add the info for tapeworms later.
