Dead Chick #3 WHAT'S GOING ON?!

Omg, just went out and found a third dead one in this clutch. This time, it looks like the shell was pecked off and the chick had "dried out".

We are now in day 23. Hen was off that's how I found this one. Wasn't there yesterday when I found dead #2, which looked like it got stuck in the process of hatching.

I know your not supposed to help so I am not and don't plan to but i'm now wondering if I should just take the remaining 8 eggs and assume they are dead. I'm sick to my stomach and crying. I can't believe this is happening. Hen is back on nest apparently not giving up.

I’m so sorry that you are experiencing this!!! Is this your Broody’s first clutch? I wouldn’t remove the eggs just yet. Have you candled the eggs in awhile? Do you have an incubator???

This is her second clutch. Did great the first time.
No incubator
I would not know what to look for even if I candled. Do they move?
First one hatched out fine on Tuesday, found it dead possible hypothermia on Wednesday evening
Second hatched Tuesday and apparently didn't make it out of the shell. Found it yesterday at 1:00 when I saw hen off nest and went to investigate. She then went straight back on.
Found this third one just now. I know nothing about incubation other than they have to be turned and stay at 95.
