so I let them out last night and they usually make their way back to the coop around dark, they havent been out in a week so I thought it would be fine. we live in a negihborhood and our house sits back off the road. This mornign my black sex link is laying dead (and stiff) in the yard, go to the neighbors back yard and the other two are dead, Im pretty sure a coon is to blame for this, they kill my chickens and dont even eat them???? Im going to put a bullet in one of these raccoons heads

Not really like to coon to kill them and not do SOME damage. It would've at least savaged one.

If they are just found dead in the yard, you might consider that it was a dog. Most wild preditors will either eat part of it or at least decapitate it. A dog will usually just chase it down and killed it for fun and leave the body lay when it dies.
