Can a RAT actually kill chickens??????

I know I have Rats, but thought they were just eating all of my feed!.. not actually a threat to the chickens.

A rat can kill chicks pretty easily, but you would have to have a SERIOUS infestation for them to be able to overwhelm a full-sized chicken.
