Dead Chickens

We had 20 chickens in our coop. They are about 5 months old and well fed, watered and cared for. 7 yesterday and 3 today have died. They are in the shade most of the day and have a large coop and outside area to roam. They lay down, are barely eating and drinking and have bloody liquidy stool and are very lethargic. We live in Central NC. Can anyone help?

Could be coccidia and/or the heat. put sprinkler out for them and electroltyes in the water plus treat for coccidia
