Agreed with Aart. Unless you have calibrated your equipment, you can't trust that it's giving you accurate numbers. Even if you do happen to have 2 thermometers that agree with each other, they could both be equally wrong! Your hatch experience points to fault of both temperature and humidity. Please, before plugging in your incubator again, read "Hatching Eggs 101" in the learning center. It will give you the necessary education to have a successful hatch.
