In the pas two weeks we've lost three of our birds Two Orpingtons and an Americana . The first two there was no indication as to why. The last had it's intestines protruding from the egg hole . Can someone please what's going on so we don't loose anymore of our girls.

Glad you joined us, just wish it was better circumstances.

This thread in the predator section might help you. My first guess is a possum, but it could be many other things, including a member of the weasel family or even a raccoon. The information given in that thread are tendencies, not absolute laws of nature. Not all predators follow the rules.
